The Gang's All Here (Diablo III)

So it's been a little over a week since my last post... I've been slacking :/  However, it's not to say that I haven't been working on anything :D

I've been working on the Diablo 3 sketch I posted for my last post. I was experimenting with some inking and am quite happy with how it turned out. I also did a pencil version using the way I normally do my drawings. Both are not finished but I figure I should get something posted on this little blog of mine.

Let me know which one you like more. Stay tuned for the final illustration this weekend! :D

Diablo III

Here's a drawing I've been working on the past couple days off and on (I've been pretty busy...) for the much anticipated PC game--Diablo 3. It's still pretty lose and rough but I plan on taking this sketch to a final illustration.

I don't have time to play video games like I use to, but I think I can make time for this :D I've really been looking forward to this game for some time now and it finally comes out next month!

Termite Concepts

Just some brainstorming for some termites that appear in a little project of mine. They live in a graveyard...hence the tombstone.

Turning Over a New Leaf (finished)

So here is the finished artwork for my Dinosaur Salad Bar. I am also including the other stages to get an idea how my work all comes together :D

Turning Over a New Leaf (revisited)

So I got this shiny new brush pen and wanted to try it out. It's a lot of fun to use. It's a pen but instead of your regular pen tip it has about a size 3 round brush on it. The cool thing about it is you can get all the same effects as using an actual brush and ink, but less mess and you don't have to keep dipping the brush :D So I took one of my sketches I did a few weeks ago to try it out....

I've been looking to make my black and white drawings be able to stand on there own (before color). What i was really lacking were the solid blacks, and using black ink helps. Look for the final color piece tomorrow.

Ps. Dinosaurs are fun!
